Gail D. Rudolph, M.S., CFRE
President, Sequoia Hospital Foundation
Gail Rudolph joined the Sequoia Hospital Foundation as its President in June of 2014 and serves in a parallel role as Vice President of Development and Community Relations for Dignity Health’s Sequoia Hospital. Gail is a member of Sequoia Hospital’s Senior Operations Team (Ops) and represents Sequoia, Dominican Hospital, Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, and St. Mary’s Medical Center on Dignity Health’s Philanthropy Leadership Team (PLT). She is the PLT’s chairperson of the Grateful Patient Task Force helping shape the relationship all thirty-two Dignity Health foundation’s have with our system’s grateful patient donors. In the community, Gail serves on the Board of the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the Redwood City/San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program.
Gail's past experience includes the Cleveland Clinic, Northwestern University and various other community hospitals in the midwest. An active member and frequent speaker with the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), Gail believes in the impact that Philanthropy can have on healthcare, which compels her to share and mentor from her experience.
Gail holds a master’s degree in Human Services Administration and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). Among her many accomplishments, Gail led the first hospital to be accepted into the Council of Foundations in Washington, DC in 2008.
