The Guardian Angel program provides former patients and their families with a unique way to recognize a Sequoia physician, nurse, housekeeper, volunteer, chaplain or other staff member who made a special difference during their visit or stay.
With their tax-deductible donation to the Foundation, donors can name their own Sequoia Hospital Guardian Angel, while also giving to support Sequoia’s life-saving work.
The Foundation is honored to recognize Sequoia’s Guardian Angels by presenting them with a card informing them of the donor’s thoughtful gift as well as a custom pin to wear, designating them as a special member of Sequoia’s Community of Caring.
All recent patients will receive a mailing inviting them to designate a Guardian Angel. Guardian Angel gifts may also be made by recent patients using either our online eGiving system or downloadable contribution form.
